Have Small Growth On Inner Thigh, Not Painful. What Could This Be?

I have a small growth on my inner thigh, for a couple of years, it was small and almost unnoticable. The past year it has gotten a little larger, but not painful. Almost looks like a pimple. Today it is very hard, like a tiny cyst. Does this sound familiar? I m a 28yo female, slightly overweight.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having sebaceous cyst or lipoma giving rise this problem.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Ok and take care.
