Have Small White Lump On Penis Head. Pierced With Pin. Advice?

Hi I had a small white lump on the head of my penis. It has been there about two months and not changed in size. Today I stuck a pin through it and there was no discharge and a tiny amount of blood visible but which did not pour out. Now it is just split in two from piercing with pin. Uncorcumsized and thoroughly washed.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

The small white bump on your penis head might not mean you have infection. You might have a condition called hirsuties papillaris genitalis, otherwise known as pearly penile papules.

These bumps (or papules) are completely normal and not a sign of infection or uncleanliness. They are not cancerous and are not precancerous lesions. Because these bumps on the penis are not caused by an infection and are not painful or uncomfortable, they do not need to be treated or removed. They will frequently become less noticeable as the man approaches his 40s.

Better still consult a dermatologist for further advice.
Hope my answer helps
Wish you sparkly future.
