Have Sore Bump On Scalp After Head Injury. Hard Bump, Painful To Touch, Headache. Any Ideas?

Board fell on my head a month or so ago. About two weeks ago had a sore bump on my scalp just above my ear. Soreness went away but still have a hard bump. What's concerning me is 2 days ago I just got another hard bump(very simular to the previous described one) about 2-3 inches away, towards the base of my skull. It is also "painful/sore" with, and without, touch, as well as giving me slight headaches. Any ideas what might be going on?

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having small hematom on the part producing bump.
Now due to hit on same area might have caused some hematoma and infection.
Go for one antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course.
apply ice pack for few days.
Ok and take care.
