hello
If your doctor has said you have post nasal drip and you want quick recovery then you must take antibiotics and decongestant so that the root cause of infection in nose which is dripping down the throat and infection from behind the nose going to the ears by eustachian tube can be eliminated
hope you are medically not having any other disease and are of middle age
take---
Tab. Roxithromycin twice daily
Tab. Mucinac 600 once daily
Tab. Ebastine/Loratidine +Phenylephereine /pseudoephedrine twice daily
Multivitamin
Xylometazoline nose drops 2 drops both nostril 2 times a day for 5 days only
follow up after 5 days.
DO NOTE THAT YOU SHOULD NOT BLOW TO HEAVILY BY YOUR NOSE .
