Have Sore Throat, White Dots On Uvula, Migraines, Severe Pain, Affects Sleep. Should I Express Concern?

Hi. i do not have my tonsils or adnoids. just wanted to say that first... i have a very sore throat. the flap on the roof of my mouth is very swollen... i have red and white dots on the very back of my throat and also on my uvula. i am on tons on medications for my other health issues and can only take tylonal for my pain. i have also been using a throat spray.. the pain is really bad when i lay down to sleep and when i wake up. this morning when i woke up i couldnt talk and i had a major migrane on the left side of my head like by the temple... i am talking now but about this time is when my throat will start to get sore slowly... what could this be... and should i be concerned
