Have Spasms Due To Complex Ovarian Cysts With Septation. Does It Sound Serious?

I am dealing with repetitive ovarian cysts. Generally on the left side. I was diagnosed yesterday with a complex ovarian cyst with septation measuring 3.8x2.3x3.8 cm. It's not exactly painful, but I still ache all the time and it will occasionally feel like it is going into spasms.

Should I be concerned about this?

Complex ovarisn cyst with septae may be due to endometriosis or hemorrhage which causes spasms ....sometimes the ovary rotates on its pedicle to give that severe spasm.....if it is severe and not settling you need to go to a gynec immediately. ...but if its intermittent you need to start hormones to see that the pain settles...and your periods are normal. ..repeat scan at 1st day of periods next time should be done to see whether its increasing or decresing
