Have Spots In The Legs Along With Pain. No Medication Or Test Till Now. What It Can Be?
I have had spots appearing on my legs for a couple of weeks, at first I thought it was gnat bites but they started becoming painful and some of them turned into big, hard lumps, they are burning hot to touch and they are bright red with a yellow head. One one leg I have an area of lots of spots that are hot to touch and the other leg is two big hard swollen spots, on both legs this is just below the knee. Any ideas?

It seems that these are multiple boils ( infection of hair follicles).
In you query you mentioned that they are painful ,hot to touch, hard,bright red with yellow head.
bright red color is due to inflammation.
Yellow head is due to pus underneath area.
Causes may be many as,
staphylococcal infection,
Due to diabetes,
Due to unhygienic condition of effected parts.
So blood test will reveal any infection and also blood sugar level will reveal whether diabetic or not.
Consult a physician and get in treatment.
