Have Spots On The Scalp Which Occur Often. No Medication Or Test Till Now. What To Do?

Hi
I was having my haircut earlier and my hairdresser was concerned with a small bald spot on my scalp.
I remember having some spots on my scalp, not in one particular place, maybe 4 at completely different areas. I thought this was down to using too much product so have tried to reduce. The spots have faded except this one which is now a very small (size of little fingertip) bald spot
