Have Stomach Pain After Exercise. Have Boughts Of Constipation, Diarrhea. Thought Stress. Painful, Like Needles. Underlying Cause?
hi 47yr old male
stomach pain after mild exercise - walking feel dizzy and sick
having boughts of constipation for several days then extreme dihorrea (sometimes after having to take a pill to go)
gone on for four weeks
doc thought stress
tonight - in shops , came on symptoms then stuggled even to walk back to car with needles in stomach and pain like someone gripping - bubbly stomach too
