I Have Strep Throat , I Haven t Ate In About 3-4 days, I m Shivering, My Stomach Hurts, I Have The Runs, A Little Bit Of Gas, I m Tired Due To Strep Throatt I Wake Up Almost Every Hour To Spit Up Mucus And Rightnow I Just Barely Threw up And it tastes like acid .

hello!
well.. first thing is that you have to eat something, since the stomach pain and gas may be due to acidity because of not eating.
secondly you need to start on some antibiotics for which you should meet your ent doctor soon!
