Have Stuffy Nose, Eyes Burning, Swollen Tonsil, Body Ache, Fever And Sneezing. What Is It?

My eyes are burning and I have a stuffy nose . I ve had a slight fever all day, but I ve had incessant sneezing , especially when outdoors. My symptoms began Friday, by Saturday morning, one of my tonsils was swollen and I had severe body aches and chills. Is this the flu or hay fever? Or is it a cold? I have felt warm all day.

As per your description seems like you are having upper respiratory tract infection.
It can be due to viral infection, which will subside on its own with just supportive measures like proper hydration,bed rest, salt water gargling.

some times symptoms worsens in spite of above measures due to secondary bacterial infection. In such case you have to consult a doctor to start appropriate antibiotics.

For fever you can take paracetamol tablet thrice a day.

As per your description it seems like you are having upper respiratory tract infection. Could be tonsillitis.
It could be due to viral infection , which will subside by just supportive measures like proper hydration, with plenty of oral fluids, bed rest and Paracetamol tablet for fever.
Try doing salt water gargling, that will help to reduce the inflammation and congestion of your throat.

Sometimes secondary bacterial infection may worsen the symptoms even after above mentioned supportive measure in such cases its recommended to consult physician to start of With appropriate antibiotics.
I would suggest you to consult a physician to look into your throat , and to start of with appropriate antibiotics.
