hi I have hat looks like sweat blisters under my testicals & a sore anus I don t see any hemmoriods a cluster of pimples or blisters & is painfull , im with the same lady for over twenty yrs we don t go outside of this ,it started 1 morn after a nite of sex I did not wash which I usually do

From history it seems that you might be having local bacterial infection due to lack of local hygiene and part remains wet and non airy.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course.
