Hi,
Nothing can be said on the basis of these symptoms. The cause of blood pressure to be found out. Her renal function test and liver function test should have been done. There is every possibility of life threatening infection so routine blood test blood culture if necessary should also be done. You should better admit her at any specialty hospital.
