Have Swollen Lymph Nodes In Neck, Ulcer In Mouth, Scabs And Septum In Nostril, Face And Head Feels Warms. What Is It?

I have swollen lymph nodes in my neck just along the inside of my jaw. I also have a small white ulcer on the roof of my mouth, quite near the back. In addition to this I have a couple of small scabs on my nasal septum in one nostrel. In general I feel a bit off today, almost as though my face and head are quite warm. Any advice appreciated, thanks.

Regards,
David
