Have Swollen, Red, Painful Pimples. Have Marks And Scars On Face. Help

I have suddently have acne? big, swallen, red, and paintfull pimples. I am 49 years old, and I don have a fair even or clear skin (wide open pores and kind of duty looking face skin due to the pores and its black head...) but I have never sufer with any other kind of acne. During the past two month I have tried everything possible (home remedies and pharmaceutical creams and cleansers) but it is worsen, plus the ugly marks and scars it left on my face.

Swollen red pimples on the face during ur age are highly unlikely.go for hormonal studies.use azithromycin500 mg thrice a week for 4 weeks.use epiduo cream for short contact therapy at night.nadoxin ointment at night.as far post acne marks are concerned go for kojic cream.trioobloc or mandelic acid creams
