Have Swollen Veins Below Testicle, Discomfort In Lump. Have Piles Problem. What Is It?

i have an issue with piles problem for about a year, Now recently i have a swollen nerve/ veins just below the testicles towards the anus ( i dont know how to describe it ) . Its like a grape sized lump and it feels a bit uncomfortable if applied pressure. I dont have any urine problem though and i dont feel pain. So can someone tell me what might be the problem here? is it because of my piles or is it related to my testicles???

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum .
Let me explain you one thing that piles and veins near scrotum are two different disease.
The dilatation of vein around scrotum is known as VARICOCELE and persistent pain is there then surgical treatment is necessary.
If you are not feeling any trouble then need not to worry.
Consult a surgeon and physical examination will reveal all things( PILES as well as VARICOCELE)
Conservative treatment will cure these veins.
Hope I have answered your question.
If further any question I will help.
Good luck.
