Hi,
It seems that you are having bacterial infection in the breast giving rise to induration, tenderness and pain.
There is possibility of having forming abscess.
Consult your doctor as early as possible to prevent abscess formation.
With one antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines course you will be alright.
Get your breast thoroughly examined to rule out any pathology in the breast.
Ok and take care.
