Have Tingling Feeling In Tip Of Penis, Stomach Pain After Unprotected Sex. Applied Lotion For Lubrication. Could This Be UTI?

I had unpredicted sex a week and half ago and 3 days later started to have a tingly feeling at the tip of penis – we used a scented lotion for lube (I know dumb) and have had a stomach ache for a few days now – I did call the female had she said she is clean and had a physical a month ago and all was checkout fine – could I have a UTI due to the lotion?

Greetings of the day

Unlikely to be urinary tract infection in absence of other symptoms. It more likely looks like contact dermatitis due to irritation to chemical in it.
Local application of Steroid ointment like Betamethasone(Candid B ) will help. Consult your physician if symptoms persists.

Take care
