Have Tinnitus In The Ear. Reduced After Taking Tinnex. Now Feel Pain While Traveling, Noise. Medicament & Treatment?
hello doctor,
i have a problem of tinnitus in my right ear, it has reduced a bit with th help of medicin like tinnex which i 've been taking for nearly 2 months,, also i feel some pain while travellin when air stuck my ears..and some vibration in high pitch noise,,can u suggest some injection for tinnitus. so far i m not feeling problem of hear loss..but block when ;ve to traven in hills for som e minutes ,,,can i feel hear loss too in future..

On the basis of the information provided it appears you have tinnitus and there is some improvement in it after medication (Tinnex). Tinnex has a role in cochlear (inner ear) tinnitus. For aural fullness which you describe while travelling in hills it is usually because of the middle ear involvement due to retraction of ear drum. Tinnex is not effective in this type of tinnitus.
I would advise you for a complete ear check up including audiometry and a tympanometry to investigate the cause of tinnitus. I hope this answers your concern. Feel free to contact me if you require more information about it
