Have Tiny Bumps On My Penis. Not Itchy Or Painful. Herpes?

I keep getting these tiny bumps on my penus they kinda look like zits. They haave been coming and going now for over 5 months and realy haven t totaly went away in that 5 month timeframe. No iching no pain and about the size of a pencil head. They seem to be in a circle shape. I m starting to freek out and think its hepes? Any ideas

Hello Thanks for your query.Based on what you have stated it appears that you have what is called as Fordyce spots on your penis.These are due to accumulation of sebum secreted by sebaceous glands beneath the skin .They are self resolving and do not need any treatment,unless get infected. Please observe good personal Hygiene and take high protein diet rich in Vitamin A,C,E,D.,vegetables,and fruits..

Hi dear bumps in a circle without can be herpes or it can be fungal infection. Here is how u can differentiate them. If the bumps are fluid fluid and fluid is clear. Also before they appear u have bit itch then its herpes. But if the bumps are firm red and remain for few days atleast a week or they have slight white discharge then its fungal. So please review ur symptoms and in my view next time u get these lesions please meet a dermatologist. Thank u
