Have Trouble Breathing, Stomach Swelling, Bloating ,swollen Leg And Hand. Am Diabetic. Related?

first i started having trouble breathing , running to dr. i ended up with flu . i have irregular heart rhythm i had bypass surgery in 2000. my stomack swell up real big hard i cant breath when i try to eat i bloat up even bigger it takes all i got to breath. now my left leg in swellin more and left hand swollen which looks like fluid to me. wht could be wrong, im also diabetic
