Have Two Periods A Month, Now No Period, Just Spotting, On Pill. Pregnancy Chances?

i was wondering if i was pregnant, the problem that im wondering is before the last two months i was having 2 periods a month one the beginning of the month than another at the end of the month. This month of aug. i have had no period just barely spotting. i took a preg. test at home about two weeks ago there was barely a faint plus line than went to the doctors two days later they said it was negitive. They also put me on the pill, but now im worried that it was to early because i usually have my period at the end of the month, i took the first day a pill than stopped because it was worrying me. Im really confused because my first and only other pregnancy was easy to tell and now this is all complicated.

Still you have any doubt pregnancy then get a home pregnancy test .
But the important thing is that period were two in a month and then amenorrhea.
Yes this is the cause of concern ??
If you are pregnant & want well & good.
If no pregnancy then consult a gynaecologist and get an ultrasound of abdomen with ovaries ( for ovarian cyst, if any)and take treatment as it is a case of dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
