Have Type 1 Diabetes, Tracheal Bronchial Malacia. Have Weight Gain, Awaiting Stents. Suggestion?

hi there i am a 39 year old male from ireland. im a type 1 diabetic since i was 2 yrs old. i also suffer with tracial broncial malacia. i hae put up alot of weight since last march as my condition has got that i cant work or exercise. i am awaiting stents. i wonder what would you suggest i could do about my weight problem

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
How, to control weight as awaiting for surgery.
Just ,you can't do exercise and work ,so requirement of calories are very less ( 1500 calories).
Take a balanced diet and healthy diet.
Avoid fatty, fried food, sugar.
Plenty of fruit juice.
Add vitamin supplements and minerals in your diet.
