Hello, Your symptoms suggest that you are suffering from uncontrolled diabetes. Your doctor is right in advising you the oral anti diabetic drugs as they are the first line of treatment on diagnosis of type 2 diabetes. In fact it takes while before your blood sugar levels get controlled. One has to titrate the dosage of anti diabetic drugs to get the normal range of blood sugar levels. Along with anti diabetic medications,a proper dietary control and a regime of regular aerobic exercises is very important in control of sugar levels. For you brisk walking for 45 minutes a day would help a lot. Along with sugar levels, must take care of your blood pressure and blood cholesterol levels. Make sure that you keep a immaculate control of your sugar levels to avoid future complications. Thanks
