Hi Doctor I am 48 years married and two children 18 years and 13 years. For the last one year I am not satisfying my wife(42 years). I had urine flow problem. Abdomal scaning was done. Doctor precribed uromax tablets. there is proper errection of penis but no semen comes out but I felt as it comes out. When my wife hold the penis with her hand sufficient semen comes. My wife distorted like any thing. please answer to my problem
