Have Vaginal Dryness Due To Adderall. Had Bartholin Cyst Twice. Related?

I take Adderall . I have always had vaginal dryness because of the Adderall and now I now have developed Bartholin cyst twice. I feel there is a connection but I cannot find any literature or studies on it. Is it possible that the drying effects of Adderall are making my vaginal secretions too thick to pass through the gland thereby causing the cyst? Is this way off base?

Hello
thanks for your query.
Adderall and Bartholin's cyst are not related.
Recurrent bartholin's cysts are caused generally by blockage of the duct that drains the secretions.
This could be due to infections, or an oddly placed skin flap etc.
Recurrent cysts would predispose to abscess formation.
I would advise you to undergo marsupialization of the cyst.
take care.
