Have Vaginal Tear On Outside Opening Of Vagina. Flares Up. Stings While Peeing. Can I Use Polysporin?
I have a vaginal tear on the outside openings of my vagina. I'm sorry I don't know the technical terms. I have not been sexually active for a few months, but even with leaving it alone, it still flares up sometimes. It stings when I pee, and my question is if it is safe to put polysporin on it to speed up the healing time. The cut is not in my vagina, but on both sides of the opening. Thankyou!
Hi, As you are not sexually active, there is no reason for having cut or bruises. Due to lack of local hygiene there is likely of having some infection giving rise to local part. You can apply polysporin cream locally. Keep local hygiene clean and airy. Clean local part daily while taking bath. Ok and take care.
