Have Various Small Round Areas On Pubic Mound, Not Itchy. What It Might Be?

I have various small round areas on my pubic mound that are a brown color (a little darker than my skin) They don t itch, they re just not attractive. They are also not above the skin. I was wondering if I could get an idea of what it might be before heading to the doctor.

Hi small round papules aroung penile area which are nonitchy and little brown color can be pearly penile papules .it is normal phenomenon and are present in about 40 percent of males.nothing to worry.for cosmetic appearance it should be treated .it can be treated to some extent by application of tacrolimus ointment
