Hi , I have lot of vertigo and ear tinnitus from last 2-3 month, just now went through MRI scan and it shows Loss of Cervical Lordosis, Minimal Oestophytic lipping of vertebral body is noted, Vertebral bodies show normal marrow signal Chnage, C4 and c5 disc shows posterior bulge intendending the thecal sac. and Early Cervical Spondylytis.
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that your history of vertigo and tinnitus and the cervical degenerated disease is are not related with each other and this need to be treated separately in my opinion for the tinnitus and vertigo better to have a opinion form the ENT surgeon, take care and have a nice day.
