Have Vibrating Sensation On Penis Tip. What Could Be The Reason?

I have a slight vibrating sensation in the tip of my penis that happens throughout the day randomly for a few seconds. Doesn t hurt and I don t have any other symptoms. I have recently been tested and came back clean but I do masturbate/have sex several times a day.

I would have told my patient that
It is nothing serious and not harm full so do not worry about it .A person who indulge into sexual activity masturbation and sex many times in a day as you say may have such sensitive sensation
