Have Vitiligo, Taking Phototherapy And Skin Is Mildly Burn On Face. Suggested To Take Betnasol. Advise?

hi doctor i have vitiligo .doctor advise phototherapy i am take phototherapy 35 sittings but my skin is mild burn . doctor said therapy dose is high (1200 mg ) you stoped therapy one month after you taking the therapy low dose but still i have some difference of the burn area in my face doctor sugested me you take betnasol fort one month twice a week after one month recover the burn and vitiligo shell i take it betnasol forte ( the face is mild difference not fully white phaches )

Hi phototherapy in high dose cause burns.first use silverex ointment for few days then use topical steriod like flutivate ointment to decrease irritation.if still it is there use betanesol forte to decrease the erythema and irritation caused by phototherapy.use phototherapy only after irritation gets subsided
