Have Warts. Have It On Foot. Have Tried Natural Oils, Duct Tape. Din't Help. Treatment?

I've always struggled with warts, but lately it's gotten out of hand! I have 5 warts on one hand and one on my foot, but I never get them anywhere else. I've had one of them for a few years now, and lately they just won't stop! I've tried freezing them, natural oils, ripping the roots out, duct tape. What can I do to stop them and why is it such a problem?
