Have White Discharge From Penis, Itchy And Dry Foreskin. Chances Of Std?

Hi, recently my penis has been really itchy, with white discharge that kind of smells. This has happened before, but was worse then, With the tip of the foreskin tightening and drying out. I treated it with Canesten, the anti thrush cream and it sorted the problem. But now it s back again. I haven t had sex in over 3 weeks although I have masturbated. I amnt circumcised either. There is noting that shold have caused this. Is this an sti?

Hi and welcome to HCM

Itching and white colored discharge are commonly seen in fungal infection.
However, since you have used an anti-fungal preparation without much relief, it is adviced to get a culture of the white colored discharge.
Culture and further senstivity will determine the organism and the medication to which the organism will respond.
Whether the infection is a STD can only be acertained after culture of the discharge.
Till then it is advicable to abstain from sex.
In case your partner also suffers from same problem, get it treated too as recurrence can occur.
