Have White Patches On Tongue With Red Painful Throat. Growth Of Alpha Hemolytic Streptococcus Seen

dear Dr. i have got white milky patches on my tongue the after few days i got red throat with pain even i cannt eat ,i read many topics in website and i thought its yeast or candida , even i used medication for anti fungal , but it didnt effect so far , then i went to dr. , culural the throat swab, the report come out after aweek it was moderate growth of alpha hemolytic Streptococcus sp. but i still not find help me this regards
