Have White Puss Pocket In Inner Labia. Cleared It By Squeezing. Now Swollen And Painful. Cure?

I have had some white puss pockets on my inner labia. I am thinking this was from ingrown hairs or toilet tissue that was not wiped away or washed away appropriately. I was clearing (bursting) these, and they are fine now, but I think I may have overdone it. On my left inner labia, now noticably no white surface pockets, but deeper in the tissue, I think I sqeezed to hard, because it is swollen and painful. If I soak in epson salt would this help draw it out?
