Have White Spot On The Face. Suggest Vitamin Deficiency. Have Normal Skin. What Food Should Be Avoided?

hi.. im having something white spot on my face..below cheeks ..it is not that visible...but sometimes my friends say..you are having something whitely on your cheeks..they tell me it is vitamin defeciency..actually i dont know what it is.why does it come,and what care should i take to avoid these white spots ..my skin type is normal(somewhat dry),and what food should i avoid again getting these white spots..,it is will not be seen though i send u photograph if i watch it deeply i could see it..

Hello.white spot on face is called as pityriasis alba.use a moisteriser regularly.apply flutivate over the patch.use vitamin a suplementation.iron supplemention and a deworming agent.there is no need to avoid any food

White spot on the face could be due to various factor as follows;

- Vit B12 deficiency can also cause white patches on the skin. It is most common in people with pernicious anemia, but it can also occur in long-term vegans.

- white patches on the skin by tinea versicolor - a skin condition caused by fungus.

-vitiligo or eczema.

So,its adviced,that you visit a dermatologist for further assessment.
