Have White Vaginal Discharge Everyday, How To Overcome This Problem?

I always have white vaginal discharge in my panties, and its everyday! It's embarrassing to have sex with the white lumpy stuff ending up on my guys penis. It never used to be white, it was always clear before. Also, lately I have an itchy sensation just inside my vaginal lips. It looks as though the inside of them are peeling (not a dry flakey peeling, it's moist and can be scratched off) along with the peeling of my clitoris. I'm a little freaked out. Help!
