Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
Whiteheads/ blackheads or comedones form when the opening of oil glands gets blocked.
To treat the same
Need a dermatologist to get these extracted
Use a salicylic acid based face wash
Apply adapalene gel in night
Apply clindamycin gel twice in a day
Avoid oiling of scalp for few days and wash hair every alternate days. This would help in preventing comedones from developing over forehead.
Consult a dermatologist as sometimes low dose oral isotretinoin is required to control the lesions in a better way.
Use water based creams. Avoid oily/ greasy cosmetics and facials.
Hope that helped
Take care
