General & Family Physician, Dr. Vidya KR's Response
Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
To know weather abortion is complete, need to get ultrasound scan. as you have noticed expulsion of products of conception, take remaining dose of mifepristone which helps in complete expulsion of products of conception. consult doctor and get ultrasound scan done.
Hope this helps you.

General & Family Physician, Dr. Lohit K's Response
Hi since you have seen the complete large piece of embryo like discharge, this suggests complete abortion but i advice you to get done transvaginal ultrasound or speculum examination. Not required to another pill now. consult your doctor for further management.
