Haven't Had My Period For Past Two Years. Have Cervical Polyp. I Want To Know If There Are Other Options Beside Surgery To Remove Polyp?

I am 56 years old, havent had my period for past two years, but for past month and a half i have been spotting my doctor did sono & thinks i have crvical polyp. the papa test & urine test was negative. he wants to do a surgery but i want to know if there are other options beside surgery to make sure if there is a polyp and if it has to be removed

you are in post menopausal period, now you have cervical polyp..
this has to be operated for it removal..
