Having A Little Red Spot On The Uvula

I have a little red spot thing on my uvula. its been there since July im really worried, it was small the other day and it got bigger and i can sometimes feel it when i swollow or eat. it also moves around when i tried to move it with a cotton bud. can you please help?

I think that the condition of your can be due to a localized hemangioma so please consult a otorhinolaryngologist and this also may require a surgery.
