Having A Lot Of Large Acne On My Face. Have Been Feeling Tired, No Sore Breasts, Lower Back Pain, Feeling Dull All The Time. Hoping To Be Pregnant. Could I Be? Scared About PCOD.

I am 38yrs, have a 11yr old son, my husband & I have been trying. My last period was March 4th (Start date), 21 days late today. Been having a lot of large acne on my face since period missed, I usually get a few only before I'm due. I have been feeling tired, no sore breasts, lower back pain, feeling full all the time, the last 2-4 days been feeling faint, having headaches recently which is uncommon for me, I am a bit obese, but have had regular periods 28 day cycle. Did have a urine test with my GP on 21st March, which was negative, I think & am hoping I'm pregnant, could I be? Been reading about PCOS which I am worried about, please HELP!

Hi, Having acne, fainting, headache, HPT negative, all these could be due to harmonal imbalance due to delay in period.
The delay in period could be due to anemia, I to my patients with amenorrhea, prescribe iron preparations, proteine suppliments, etc.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and proteine rich foods. Thank you.
