Having A Open Wound That Is Cancerous, What Can I Do Now ?

My brother has a open wound that is cancerous. The wound has a very bad smell. How do you get rid of this lingering smell. Please help

U can get rid of the smell by getting it debribed, amputated. A conservative management would be to clean it with betadine. In hospitals we use air freshener generously
