Having A Problem With Right Tonsil, Chest Pain. What Could Be Going On?

I have been having a problem with my right tonsil, this has been going on for over 3 months. I just finished my second round of antibiotics. I have chest pain as well and a lot of mucus/nasal drip. I m wondering what could be going on. I am a 21 year old female. I do smoke.

Hi
Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
If you have chest pain and mucus , get a chest xray to rule out pnemonia
Hope I answered your query
