Having Abdominal Pain, Gas, Bloating, Diarrhea, Urine Test Done. Have Bladder Infection. No Relief From Antibiotics. Treatment?

i am having severe abdominal pain, excessive gas, bloating, excessive watery diarrhe, and then followed by constipation for a couple of days. I went to the hospital and they did a urine sample, said I had a bladder infection, and gave me an antibiotics. My symtoms have not been relieved. Please advise as what to do or in your medical expertise any cause you may think these symtoms arise from. Thanking you in advance

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Excessive gas, bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea ( followed by constipation).
Indication of amoebic colitis with gastritis.
Perhaps you have taken anti-diarrhea treatment which follows constipation.
As there is constipation this also aggravate gastritis , hence patients feel pain in abdomen and uneasiness.
Hospital urine sample shows U T I ( urinary tract infection) .
This antibiotics further aggravate gastritis.
So consult a physician and get in treatment both for hyper acidity ( gastritis ) as well as U T I .
Few drips will suit suit you most.
Hope I have answered your query.
If further any question I will help.
Best wishes.
