Having Abnormal EKG Told To Have Sinus Rhythm With RBBB. Feeling Fluttering Dull Ache On Chest And Sternum Area

Hi Doctor Grief.
After having an abnormal EKG and being checked by a cardiologist I was told to have a Sinus Rhythm with Left Axis Deviation, RBBB. Is it dangerous, am I more predispose to a heart attack or any other cardiac complications? Also recently I have been feeling some sort of numbness or a fluttering dull feeling over my upper right chest area near my heart or upper right sternum area. The numb feeling comes and goes, lasting about 10 to 15 seconds through out the day. Is that linked to anything I should be concerned about? Thank you for your input.

Hello
i think you no need to worry as RBBB doesnot cause heart attack.
Heart attack can give rise to RBBB.
I will advise you to undergo 2D ECHO and take the opinion of the cardiologist.
i hope you understood.
take care and get well soon.
