Having Bladder Problems. I Am Getting Excessive Pressure Readings From

Having bladder problems. I am getting excessive pressure readings from my bladder which my dr thinks is causing damage to my kidneys. The dr is perplexed as my bladder pressure does not increase as my bladder fills but shows 0 pressure until my bladder is full and I pass water. Under a camera cystoscopy they suggested a tight bladder neck was the problem but the way pressure increases in my bladder is unusal even inconsistent with bladder neck consrriction. My bladder empties when I pass water and I get the various sensations as my bladder fills. My dr wants to try botox, but im worried what this does . My bladder and Ureters appear flabby, with mild thickening of the
bladder wall and dilation of the ureters
. Anyone able to suggest what is going on?
