Hello,
Welcome to health care magic.
For your black spots you could use a cream containing kojic acid, arbutin and liquorice extracts to lighten them. Always use a broad spectrum sunscreen.
If your skin is sensitive and acne prone, you could use a soap free cleanser like cetaphil OS skin cleanser.
For hair fall, I suggest you get your hemoglobin and thyroid levels checked. If there are no abnormalities, you could take a tablet containing biotin to improve the hair fall. Use a mild shampoo and conditioner depending on your hair type.always oil your hair before bath using coconut oil or almond oil.
Have a healthy , balanced diet and drink lots of water.
Hope this helped you.
Take care.
