Having Burps And Vomiting. History Of Heart Surgery And Diabetes. U/S Shows Enlarged Prostate SOL In Liver. Suggestion?

my relative got ultrasound done.he complained of burps and sometimes vomitings,continuing for 6-7 hrs.he is diabetic,has had heart surgery 10 yrs back,stunts given again an year back,which are ok.ultrasound also show enlarged prostate .it also shows SOL in liver ,of neoplastic origin?.the report says questionmark.anything to worry?
