Having Chronic Nightfall Problem. Parents Insist Aurvedic/Homopethic Treatment. What To Do?
Sir,Im 23 yrs,6'2ft ht but jst 68 kg wt.There has been chronic nightfall problm,from last 9yrs.Being a final year medical grad,im,inclined to believe that nightfall is pychiatric problem.But to me being so under wt,my parents are always tensed & want me to take some Aurvedic/Homopethic treatment.They think.i commited a crime-masturbating!!
Sir,plz tell ways & steps for me to gain some wt & foremost HOW TO stop this problem.
I tried earlier to stop masturbating ,stop reading erotic magz,exercise etc..but all went in vain.Plz help sir,im in dire need..!!

You are a medical student and that too final year student.
Don't you understand that nightfall is a normal process in a healthy person and physical fit person of active sex life age ( 14-15 years to 40 years ) .
Your weight is 68 kg and that is a perfect weight.
Don't think , so much and live like a healthy normal life and enjoy every moment of life.
I would not like to prescribe any medicines for this as you are not a ill person.
Don't trust over quacks.
